Ottolenghi: Jerusalem

One of the joys of a new cookbook are discovering new ingredients. The new Ottolenghi book features food from Jerusalem and Harissa (a fiery mix of chillis, garlic and spices) features in many recipes.

I'm hoping that the lack of any caraway seeds in the cupboard won't detract from the recipe.
