The Guards

Out at Hoover Dam I was amused by the towers. From a distance they looked like knights guarding the river. On a side note I was amazed by the changes at the dam; there's a new arched bridge that smoothes driving on the 93 hwy. Plus there are pedestrian walkways for the brave! No 'suicide' nets like many bridges in California. More than one tourist came back from the walk shaken by the height. Ozzie, of course, loved it!
