when
6.30 get up and breakfast etc
7.30 take dogs out
8.00 usual chores - clean out/set fire, take in coal, feed tigers etc
9.00 play solitaire on iPad
10.00 ukulele practice
10.05 coffee time
10.30 Pop Master on radio 2
11.00 potter around in garden
12.15 watch Bargain Hunt on tv, including dozing off at the Auction bit
1.00 lunch
1.15 potter in garden
2.10 watch Countdown on Channel 4 - hasn’t Rachel lost a lot of weight recently
3.00 listen to radio six music and read a bit
4.00 potter in garden
6.00 tea time
7.30 wine time - or earlier if required - followed by tv watching and blip catch up
10.30 bed time
