I probably managed to catch up a bit of sleep during the morning but mostly just lay still with my eyes closed trying to block out the thumping and crashing from elsewhere in the house, interspersed with sips of water when the previous felt like it was staying down. I managed to get some work done in the afternoon and ate 5/6 of my pizza in the evening.
