Garden Wedding

(I’m back blipping because I really didn’t know how to blip today.)

HatBox has got finally married to SkyeMan.

‘Finally’, because just before the lockdown 2 weeks ago, they had a private ceremony at our church in the presence of a few of us, when they made their vows before our Lord and did the legal stuff. Today on their appointed wedding day, they exchanged rings, with the help of our pastor on FaceTime, and then left together.

We had such fun. It was so so sweet.

An extraordinary couple of hours, in the middle of an extraordinary day in an extraordinary time.

Verses from Ephesians 3 come to our minds, and they would have been read in their service today as well.

And now we hope and pray too, that the celebration can happen in front of all family and friends at the end of July.
