Coombe Cellars
Another exciting day in Mitchell Towers today. Marian made Banana bread and Otis went on walkabout.
We let him out for a little while yesterday and toy his cat flap has been open all day. We didn't know where he'd got to this morning, there was no sign of him anywhere. Then he reappeared at maximum speed. I think he might have met the one of our neighbour's Bengal. He went out again later so I think he's learning his way around. More importantly, he's coming home again.
This afternoon we watched the National Theatre's production of 'One Man, Two Guvnors' with James Cordon. I did anyway, Marian got bored and wandered off. We saw it a little while ago performed by our village players so it wasn't totally new to us. It was a very good production and I enjoyed it.
This is a view across the river again. Coombe Cellars, the pub restaurant, closed at the moment, of course.
