Open Road!

The morning started with a phone appointment with the physio. Bless them, you've got to feel for them as it's such a near impossible task to do such appointments over the phone. However, I'm allow to take my big boot off and use my much smaller cast. An improvement and with continuing to do my assigned exercises hopefully that shall be the way things continue! Another session, by telephone, next week, so it's progress. :-)

By blip is of an open road of paving slabs spotted on a beautiful walk with hardly a soul to be seen.
