A friendly encounter.

A minute after taking this photo a police van stopped and we were asked by the two Police Scotland officers “if we were out for our morning walk, are we well, know where we’re going?” And they advised us to “walk safely as the occasional cars come fast. And to take care.” So professionally done, polite, reassuring community policing. A good route, very few folks around... and good for wellbeing.

My wife did a wee bit in the garden after the daily Bute House Press Conference.
