Son: Mum, are you making face masks?

Me: No, why?

Son: Well, if you can, I think you should.

Result: Not usually what you’d give a 9 year old on his birthday. Grandson’s birthday tomorrow so I’ll be dropping this test version off at the doorstep, along with his birthday present.
