Crimping practice required

Today was home made pasties, a recipe I ‘perfected’ when in Basel, Switzerland, when I really craved a bit of British meat pie!  I use a James Martin recipe, and usually have far to much filling.
M. approved, and even knew what we were going to be having as he actually read the fridge door (see extra, I almost feel sorry for him... he reads the horizontal line at the top, I manage the verticals below!)
