The 250th Anniversary of Wordsworth's birth

I love the poetry of Cumbrian born poet William Wordsworth.
I wandered lonely as a cloud, known as well as The Daffodils is a poem many learnt at school and remember the first verse at least.
It feels very serious at midnight here now, because our Prime Minister Boris is in intensive care and it is a time to pray for his recovery from the Coronavirus and to seriously pray his soul is right with the Lord. I would wish the same for all of us.

Many years ago my dear Mum nursed me better from pneumonia and it involved her very great loving kindness, four weeks of fighting the condition and a lot of red and white capsules of anti biotics.
I felt weakened a good while after recovering.
Being 64 now I realise any one who has suffered pneumonia has some limited insight into nature of
How much determination it takes to recover, along with rest and someone to help you make meals. It hurt to breathe and it really thought I was doomed but really wanted to overcome the pneumonia.
So stay indoors, protect the NHS and save lives and treat one another respectfully as we go forward mostly indoors, and count our blessing in this God given Holy Week.
