Nesting Part 2

The dove has been hanging out on this nest for weeks ( blip ). I noticed yesterday (but was without my camera) that her eggs had hatched. I didn't want to get close with my phone so went out with my camera to capture her babies today.  I believe there are only the two young ones.

Spent a few hours today making felt board monsters to send to a friend. Two young kiddos with a lot of energy at her house. Picture in extra. They can rearrange the parts to make "new" monsters. We (my daughter is helping) are moving on to an ocean scene next. We are having as almost as much fun as the kids will.
