Unprecedented Groceries
Never before have we experienced ordering groceries online, having a person go to the store and collect the items (texting when another choice was necessary), then the person brought them to our front door, and with a smile and a wave departed.
All this was for a modest fee, though the thought of what Covid-19 disease might cost makes it an outstanding bargain.
It might take quite a while for me to get used to this service. (and quite a bit longer to wish to go shopping for groceries again!)
In other news (extra photos) the sun was bright and warm this afternoon to the delight of the Frenchies and us.
I'm sending energy out to Prime Minister Johnson and all those folks who are wrestling with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
