Flame and Ember

I wanted to capture a single flame today, to contrast the single flake captured yesterday. Alas, i am feeling quite peckish and not up to the task of setting up in the cold garage with tripod and matches. As I was stoking the fire, I became mesmerized by the dancing embers and decided that I could try a few shots in the comfort of my home. My wife caught me in the act of preparing tonight's blip...
