Feta, Olive, Tomato and Pesto Tart

A raid on the store cupboard produced a jar of black olives and a jar of coriander pesto that I’d forgotten about, whilst the fridge yielded some feta cheese that was about to go out of dat - so a quick and easy supper was the result!
