Thorpe Bay, Essex

Another morning of waking up far too early, easily in time for a coffee and, as the tide was out, a leisurely drive to Thorpe Bay for sunrise. The moon was massive and on it's way down as I headed out onto the mud but it didn't seem overly interesting as a photo so I wandered about looking for a likely view, and simply enjoying being all alone, looking back at the shore. I don't quite know what is was but I really relished just being there.
