Between fen and mountains

The morning was spent on the phone trying to get the support of local businesses for the food bank. We are well stocked but the problem will be maintaining supplies.  The local paper phoned and they will run a piece on our activities which will help. After a delivery, I took my walk in a neighbouring village.  I found time to make loaves for the first time using emmer wheat, one of the oldest varieties.
