Gold

Having moved the hide for better light I sat with my coffee this morning and waited. Sure enough the Goldfinch family rocked up as usual but they weren't exactly playing ball and it wasn't until this evening after some hard graft on our part gardening that I managed to get back in to the hide.

My goldfinch here sat for a few seconds on the Berberis; the only time it did, before it headed towards fortuitously for him the positively bulging to overflowing sunflower heart feeder plus extremely fortuitously for me my blip!
