St Johns

On my little walk this afternoon I passed St Johns our village church - the Vicarage had a beautiful bank of primroses - Peasedown St John is an old mining village - the last mine in the area closed in 1973 at Foxcote 

Saw two frogs this afternoon - they have not been visible for a long while in our small pool  - I am very grateful that hubby and I live in the countryside and with the beautiful weather it is a joy.
