Changes

So, after the bed and mattress were delivered, we moved the furniture from what was Mr A Jnr's room (the only two bits he didn't have room to take with him!) into the little spare bedroom.  It originally housed dark furniture, that was handed down to us by my parents.  But when Mum had her devastating fire, we gave her back the dark wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet, together with our single bedstead & mattress.  (These are the ones we have now replaced - see Blip from a couple of days ago.)

The dark wood oval mirror over the chest of drawers was one of the few things I had from my grandparents house.  Oh, I realise that pine wood and dark wood is all out of fashion at the moment, but I still love it all and the fond memories they hold.
