The start

I thought I would start some sourdough today. So here is my starter on day one. I am following the Good Housekeeping procedure. So watch this space!

I had a lovely trip to Sainsburys. I didn't have to queue to go in. I bought pasta penne and risotto rice. I got everything on my wishlist. Whilst in there the hospital rang to say my mum could come hone today. I collected her at 3 pm. Oh how frail she is. We have the carers coming in again which is a relief. Maybe being out she will adapt and get back to some normality. I am not confident
