I could never have predicted I’d suddenly become reliant on these and having to monitor them every day. On the plus side I no longer have creatures running around the loft space, climbing in the wall space and keeping me awake all night as they try and gnaw their way into my room. . .

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Need - I didn’t feel safe and secure in my own home for a while, so I couldn’t prioritise my other needs, it was kind of stressful and I’ve lost weight as a result of the worry ( I guess my new shape is kind of a silver lining).
