A View right under the pigeons!

I saw these pigeons all lined up relaxing on a gorgeous looking day waiting anxiously to be fed.
They are waiting under a sign that says "do not feed the pigeons or other birds"
I remember my other captures where a man was feeding them with bird seed. I guess he did not know it is illegal to feed them as there are signs everywhere. I guess people ignore these signs as these birds look very healthy to me!
