Gulf Harbour sunset

As the sun goes down over Gulf Harbour, I am mulling over the implications of our move from Christchurch to the Whangaparaoa Peninsula. This is the view from our temporary premises, not bad as an office outlook I have to say, where I will be working on and off during the transition period from Christchurch. At this stage we will not be selling up in Christchurch. Being the cautious type, I am not one for burning all the bridges, and nothing would ever replace the the Southern Alps and the South Island. EQC and Fletchers have a lot to answer for!
