WEDNESDAY WFH Day #15

Taken at 5:00 am 

I was wide awake at 4:30 am this morning and I was amazed at the amount of light streaming onto the landing through a small gap under the spare bedroom blind. After nipping out to the garage in my pyjamas to get the tripod I managed this shot through an open upstairs window.

Managed to get back to sleep (over 7 hours in total) but gosh I felt tired when I woke this morning.

Another day working in the sunny home office.

Managed a 5km run on the treadmill this evening and 1000 steps on the stepper.

I've just managed to scrape past the 10,000 step goal for the day
