Chicken Face.
Isabella seems to have got over her ordeal of yesterday.
The surgery phoned Alexandra this morning to say they've got the results. The doctor will phone her tomorrow and talk to her.
I can only assume it's nothing too urgent, but they still want to discuss it.
So today has rolled on with the usual round of eating and playing. We did manage a walk, and saw more people than we normally do.
I do miss playing in the garden with them, as it gets rid of some of their excess energy.
Still we made these Easter masks today. Isabella didn't want to put the nose or the eyebrows on hers, as it 'makes it look angry.'
They also coloured in some cardboard cutouts. Isabella made a lovely job of a rainbow, and some lovely coloured stones to it as well. (I forgot to blip it!)
I made up two pages of words. Cut them out, and they had to run around the playroom, finding the item to match the word. They both enjoyed that one. Will have to do it again.
As Isabella has been learning her numbers, Mia is now interested. She can now repeat 1 to 5, and is starting to count the stairs.
But when we play hide and seek, it's 2, 1, 2, um, um, so cute.
But I loved it today, when she sat horsey at the table and was teaching him, how to write numbers.
Isabella has started a 3D puzzle. It will be interesting to see if she can do it as it drives me nuts. And I haven't been able to complete it yet!!
