Sydney Royal

I have been sorting out some old family slides and found this one today taken at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in the late 1950s or early 60s. When I was a child a day at the Royal Easter Show was right up there with Christmas Day, cracker night and my birthday. This year the Sydney Royal Easter Show has been cancelled, the first time since World War II. I feel sorry for all the children who have been counting the days to the Royal Easter Show as I used to.
