A little bit more of the Muck Rock mural on the wall of a local florist. I might try a panorama next time we pass it on our daily walk.

A bit fraught with dad today. I'd done his weekly food shop and then found he needed to go for a blood test. He was getting a little bit distressed as he knew h shouldn't be going out but I had to explain it was ok for this. But we did need to make an appointment rather than just turning up. A simple phone call and it was all booked for the following day.

Rang a few friends and relatives for a quick catch-up.
