The gym session turned into a bit of a photo shoot cos Craig, guy on the right, is a PT and had just been told that the local paper were going to write a spread on him as 'Business of the Month'. So yesterday turned into a rush job to get the images done.

I train with Craig .... and he could teach the Spanish Inquisition a thing or two on torture technique.

He tells me the set combinations we are going to do, throws in the word 'pyramid' (oh how I shudder when I hear it now) and as my turn comes he looks at me with a huge smile and says .....

"You're going to hate this mate!"

......... AND I DO!!!!!!

You then have to swagger out of the gym as if you are the hard man in the woods .... except its just a cover cos your arms are fixed in that position and you can no longer move them.
