Exhausted

to be more precise mentally drained - reading and thinking about research projects all day with no break takes its mental toll I get to 5 pm absolutely exhausted, especially if I've not slept that well the night before - keep having dreams about my grandparents

Dragged myself out at 6 pm and felt all the better for it - although will need to start work again at 8.30 pm after dinner
