Bake!

This is my first go at bread (non sourdough) for a while. I must admit I'm quite pleased with the result. OK, it's not quite as tasty as sourdough but it's much less of a faff and it's nice to bake and eat on the same day. Having said all that, I would've done a sourdough but I've let the starter die. Doh!
