Pumpkin Day

A day of chopping up pumpkin for the freezer
Drying off seeds for the next crop and baking the left over seeds to eat.
Pumpkin is so versatile.

Had a great Zoom meet up with my photography friends this morning. Next Thursday, we are each going to show and talk about one photograph we have taken during the. Week. Should be fun!

Our numbers for Covid-19 are really good and showing great promise that we are starting to squash it...but we still have to be diligent and “stay home and save lives”- which is one of the reoccurring themes from our PM.
