The Artist's Eye

Negroni

In spite of a poor night of sleep I had a good day. At 11:00 I zoomed with the folks from our dementia support group. There were 12 of us. My daughter Helena was there. She was a supporter there while we were out of town. It was great to see the folks and talk together. We had a good discussion about dignity and did an arm chair exercise that was a good stretch thanks to Leslie who lead us. We also talked about what we were proud of in our lives. In the afternoon Shelly’s daughter and son-in-law called via FaceTime and we had a quick Passover Seder together. That was very nice. The rest of the evening the two of us hung out together. We watched three episodes of Schitt’s Creek and honestly couldn’t get into it. We’ve been told how funny it is but somehow it didn’t ring our chimes. Still it was a nice day. The Negroni was sitting next to the couch and was glowing in the afternoon sun. So I took its picture.
