The fruits of whose labours?

This is the coronavirus fruitbowl just after the monster shopping expedition. I am well aware how privileged I am to have access to this, both physically and financially. 

Huge thanks to the BBC for speaking truth to power tonight. It feels like they've been running scared of our greedy, self-serving government for a long time. This is how to respond. We need independent media and we need the workers we depend on for our livelihoods and our lives to be respected and paid according to their usefulness. The other half of that last sentence is so obvious I'm not going to write it. Just think it.
