World's End.
Food shopping day, and we up at the crack of dawn. We got to M & S just after 8 o'clock, and there were at least thirty people in front of us. The queuing system was different from last week, it was reversed. They opened on time, and just as we got to the door, they told us to wait, but only for a few minutes. We didn't go straight into the food hall, instead we had to queue through the childrens department, and then the lingerie department, and eventually the food hall. It was very orderly, and we got everything we needed. We bought some chilli and cheese hot cross buns, which we had when we got home and they were delicious. We have sat out the garden this afternoon, and it was boiling in fact, even I was warm. A car went past this afternoon, with a loudspeaker, warning us to stay at home. As you have probably guessed, I took this through the car windscreen just at the top of Crack Hill, and you can see Bridgend and the trading estate in the distance. It looks almost like we were going to fall off the edge of the world, but we didn't.
