Taste the Rainbow

One thing we’re not short of is fresh veg...the local farm shop is keeping us amply supplied with both fruit and veg, amongst other things.

Tonight we’re having pasta and tomato sauce with oodles of stir fried veg added. Tesco delivery arriving this evening which will hopefully fill the cupboards again!

A chilly day compared to yesterday...the sun is just putting in an appearance now at 5.30pm, I’ve heard of a lie in but that’s ridiculous!
