Banjo Practice

Part of today's lockdown activities involved Mr. W practicing bluegrass finger picking on his banjo.  He's had this instrument for a number of years, but it wasn't until I found a teacher to give him some lessons for Christmas that he has spent any time with it.  Mabel has proved to be his Number One groupie, and never fails to be an appreciative audience during his practice sessions!  Oh, and if you are wondering why it looks as though he is hiding his dirty laundry inside the drum head, that's because stuffing some cloth there muffles the sound, thereby avoiding disturbing our neighbours!
