Happy Birthday, Mum!

Today was mum’s birthday! I made my very best to help make it a special day for her. Lots of poodle kisses and fun activities! Grandma and mum’s brother and my cousins and Heidi all called in the morning and sang Happy Birthday or the Swedish Birthday song Ja må hon leva! She got cards and presents and flowers and messages! 

And you will never guess! Never ever!! She got a virtual birthday party! Via FaceTime with our BFF Heidi! There was the whole Dolly’sFriendsChoir singing Happy Birthday, there was a cake (lemon drizzle) with lit candles, there were balloons that glowed in the dark - super cool - and virtual presents that will be real later on. And when mum blew, the candles went out! And she made a wish! How kind is this?? You can see it in the picture and more from the party in the extra. Thank you Heidi! 

We also went on a fab forest walkie with agility. I’m telling you all about it in the video. We had our picnic on top of a rock! A big one! Yay! A lovely outing. And when we came back, we had birthday cake with Grandma on FaceTime! It was nice. 

Yummy fillet of beef with béarnaise sauce for dinner. A lovely birthday, made extra special by the kindness of our friends.
