Appearances can be deceptive!

By the look of this picture you might imagine we are enjoying a lovely bright sunny day but you'd be wrong! After the mud just about coming over the top of my wellies on the way up the hill then the heavens opened and treated us to some nice sleety rain. Brief respite as the sun came out and a rainbow appeared and then back to the freezing rain; not my favourite type of dog walking weather. Dogs had a whale of a time though and came back all muddy and happy. Bruce was particularly happy as treats were taken to try and entice him into some photos and as you can see he was sitting beautifully and patiently!
Home now and if anything the weather has got worse so I don't think I'm going to move from in front of the fire....
