out of focus

Th weekly challenge this week is "out of focus" which is pretty hard.

The wind was blowing so hard at lunchtime - and i thought I could try out of focus using the shutterspeed rather than the manual focus.  I was hoping to have some less and more focused areas.  I do like how they look like they are dancing.  but maybe the composition could be improved.
