Bean and Kale Soup

Alubia Blanca and kale soup with smoked turkey wing, and homemade buckwheat-molasses bread toast. Guinness to follow.

The soup came out extremely well. I’m happy to have plenty left over to freeze as some lunch meal preps. I’ve used smoked turkey wing in lieu of a ham hock or fat back in greens before, but this is this is the first I’ve tried it in what would ordinarily be a ham soup.
