Flower Friday . . . Autumn Sunshine in a Vase

My garden is now dangerously tidy.  This morning I picked these flowers.  The yellow dahlias and the yellow roses are bringing the sunshine inside.  Another walk up the hill and then phone catch ups with family and a friend.  My sister is doing well and philosophical about it all so that is reassuring.
I released another butterfly today and she added to the bright colours of the day.   Yesterday I had a break from the news.  What a different Easter this will be.  Stay safe blippers. 
P.S last week I got a special delivery of Gin in place of friday street drinks.  We have just had a visit from the Easter Bunnies from house number 4.  Carrying the street flag and playing Easter songs .
