Gloomy

I made my second trip to Santa Cruz. What a difference - the beaches are closed now, even for walkers, and surfers could face a $1,000 fine. I know it makes sense in preparation for the arrival of Easter and the warm weather, but I wonder how a surf town with no surfers will function?
There wasn't even a sunset to speak of as dark clouds and showers rolled in.
