A day of doing little again - I’ve had my official NHS message that I’m not allowed out for 12 weeks because of my asthma - it seems to read that I’m not even allowed in the garden but can have a window open - Really can’t think that’s right. Still managing to do 10000 steps helped by the exercise bike.
