Let The Adventure Begin

Where do I begin? We, as a DT team are looking into printing some visors for the front line heroes in the NHS seeing that they are in short supply. My boss has sent me a couple of printing files to look at. This one took 3 hrs to print. Pretty solid and snug and requires chord attachment. The clear acetate sheet slips into a slit at the front (look closer and you'll see the slit). As good as thus design is, 3hrs printing is a bit on the long side production-wise. We need to get it down to 2hrs maybe 1hr. Got another dedign to look at. If it means redesigning existing samples.......
