Getting High

High Point of the day - this year’s record high tide of 6.1m. I went across to have a look, probably flouting the letter of the regulations, but I kept my distance. Which on a cold day with a damp incoming easterly was quite easy. And the neighbours, recently arrived back after years of living in their tied house, were there to wave to from afar. Then they set off to walk out the breakwater.
Other news.. Boris is out of intensive care, so we can all be beastly about him again. And that’s really about it.
