Combat Staff

Last weekend Kancho sent out a video of some staff technique so I spent my training today working on it. I had previously learnt one kata, but today focused on the basics as well, and learnt a second kata. I videoed my training for review and to send him, and decided I’d grab some freeze-frames hoping there’d be something worth the daily shot. I thought this was quite good.
