Cassis?

Desparate measures, folks - couldn't think what to do with the last of (last year's!) blackcurrants that were still lurking in the freezer so bought a half bottle of cheap brandy and mixed them together. This may, or may not, eventually become something like cassis (which I don't think I even like).
