Good Friday

The first time since the lockdown where I haven’t gone out. I always go out with Rosie, for some reason today I decided she could get on without a walk. She ran sway from Will and the hose. Will remembered how much he loved a hose.

I had a nice lie in and then started on making hot cross buns. Little input needed throughout but overall takes a long time. Turns out to be the best thing I have ever made though.

And hannah reminded me to stop looking for jobs and to be on holiday. I did that all afternoon in the sun with my book, the radio and some wine. Was totally amazing.

Then some swingball with Will. We ditched the stupid bats in favour of proper tennis rackets - Jay’s 1980 Bjorn Borg number vs my 2014 Andy Murray extravaganza. Turns out an even match - tomorrow is another day.....

Then the socials- my mum and Clare first. Clare had set up the camera so a perfect picture of her pretty face and a close up of my mums knee and elbow. Was v lovely to see those bits though.

And then a top evening with my Worthing besties on that Zoom. We laughed a lot.
