Katie's cakes

As Erica worked on her school project I had the pleasure of baking cup cakes with Katie.

"Can I mix it? Wheres my spoon? Do we put eggs in? Do we need more water? Theses were a few questions posed by Katie! "Can I melt the chocolate?". Ok, ok, ok!

Anyway 30 minutes later Katie has her prize cup cakes. You will see in the photograph that there are 12 cakes. As I write this, about an hour later. Katie's cakes are now 11. "I will have this little one" came the cry! " That will be the big one then"!
